Job Description:
Stewardship
- Validate and update the Rules of Administration (ROA) to ensure accuracy and proper entry of information into the CRM system.
- Coordinate with vendors on production of student thank you card content for reports and work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor fund utilisation, including generating fund utilisation reports.
- Manage award administration, including extracting award requirements and communicating them to school administrators.
- Collaborate with school administrators to ensure the award process aligns with ROA guidelines.
- Coordinate with students/award recipients to facilitate donor engagements in accordance with the established process.
- Understand, review, interpret and analyse basic data information related to daily Stewardship operations.
- Validate and reconcile data between different reports and systems for fund utilisation, scholarship, bursary and Gift Impact reporting and collaborate with Stewardship team members in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Stewardship team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain data integrity.
- Generate Gift Impact Report for donors.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Track and report on the award administration progress.
- Provide data validation and analysis support on fund utilisation, scholarship, bursary and Gift Impact reporting.
- Ensure the donor database is updated with the latest information provided.
- Provide general administrative support in other assigned Gift stewardship related areas for the team.
Working Arrangement:
Location: 50 Nanyang Ave
Working Hours:
Mon - Thurs: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm
Fri: 8.30 am - 5.15 pm
Work-From-Home arrangement: One day/week
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Salary: $3000 to $3800/Month
Job Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong data analytical and thinking skills, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in writing skills to develop impact reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting tight deadlines.
