Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client and Task Requester Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for Task Requesters, AACs, CCOs, nursing homes, internal services and other participating organisations.
- Coordinate onboarding briefings, collect required organisational and user information, and guide users through routine SilverHands processes.
- Respond to routine enquiries, track requests and follow up on agreed actions escalate sensitive, strategic or unresolved matters to the Project Lead.
- Gather client and user feedback and recommend practical improvements to service and onboarding materials.
2. SilverHands Project and SystemCoordination
- Assist with project schedules, meetings, milestones, follow-up actions and routine implementation activities.
- Coordinate vendor follow-up for reported issues, defects and enhancement requests.
- Maintain trackers for system issues, enhancements, status and outstanding actions.
- Gather and document user requirements and feedback from Micro-Jobbers, Task Requesters and participating organisations.
- Support user acceptance testing, including test arrangements, participant coordination, issue recording and follow-up.
- Maintain user guides, FAQs, playbooks and training materials with guidance from the Project Lead.
3. Outreach, Marketing and Stakeholder Support
- Support outreach and marketing activities to promote SilverHands, recruit Micro-Jobbers and engage potential Task Requesters.
- Coordinate stakeholder briefings, demonstrations, training sessions, engagement activities and project events.
- Prepare routine communications, presentation materials, publicity content and follow-up notes.
- Support the development of partner and client relationships under the direction of the Project Lead.
4. Reporting, Documentation and Administration
- Maintain trackers for onboarding, Micro-Jobbers, participating organisations, activities, enhancements and key deliverables.
- Compile programme and project data and prepare routine monthly management updates.
- Prepare Excel trackers, PowerPoint presentations, meeting notes, write-ups, guides, process flows and playbooks
- Maintain organised records of meetings, decisions, actions, correspondence and supporting documents.
- Provide meeting, scheduling, procurement and other administrative support related to SilverHands and assigned special projects.
- Perform other reasonable operational and project duties assigned by the Projects Lead.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, communications, marketing, community development, information systems or a related discipline.
- Entry-level candidates and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience may apply.
- Good interpersonal and client-service skills, with confidence engaging seniors and organisational stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams or equivalent applications.
- Comfortable learning digital platforms, working with vendors and supporting user testing.
- Able to work independently on routine responsibilities while escalating appropriately.
