Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer-led programmes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms.
Lead the planning and execution of volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a positive, motivated volunteer base.
Assess and plan for the charity's volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies.
Ensure volunteers are equipped with the necessary training and resources to fulfil their roles effectively.
Identify and cultivate potential sources of volunteers, managing volunteer enquiries and addressing feedback to ensure a seamless, supportive volunteer experience.
Develop and implement strategic outreach programmes and activities to recruit new volunteers, raise awareness, and expand the charity's volunteer network, ensuring alignment with the charity's mission and operational goals.
Requirements: -
Minimum Diploma in social work or its equivalent.
Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.
Strong inter-personal skills and ability to manage and motivate a pool of volunteers.
