The Role
As a key ambassador of our premium services, you will bridge the gap between bespoke guest hosting and membership development. You will ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and rewarding experience by acting as a one-stop point of contact for our most valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- VIP & Guest Hosting: Identify and engage valuable customers, providing personalized hospitality services to drive player and guest development.
- Membership Management: Perform day-to-day operations, including processing transactions and promoting membership programs, benefits, and floor campaigns.
- Service Excellence: Attend to general inquiries and guest feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to compile observations that improve the guest experience and encourage repeat visitations.
- Operational Precision: Manage shift opening/closing processes and maintain strict data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and front-of-house teams to ensure location-based services operate efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or service industry with strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must meet the statutory requirement of a minimum 21 years of age for regulatory purposes.
