Key Role:
As a key ambassador of our premium services, you will seamlessly integrate personalised guest hosting with membership development. You will serve as the dedicated point of contact, delivering a seamless and elevated experience for our most valued guests, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, engaging, and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
VIP & Guest Hosting: Proactively identify and engage high-value guests, delivering personalised hospitality experiences to drive loyalty and player development.
Membership Management: Oversee daily operations, including transaction processing and the promotion of membership programmes, privileges, and on-floor campaigns.
Service Excellence: Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction.
Strategic Insights: Gather and analyse guest feedback and survey data to generate actionable insights that enhance the overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
Operational Excellence: Execute opening and closing procedures while upholding strict accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless execution of location-based services.
What We Are Looking For:
A Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or the service industry, with strong customer service capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must meet the statutory requirement of being at least 21 years old for regulatory compliance purposes.
