About SAMH CEE
The Communications, Education & Engagement (CEE) team drives SAMH's efforts to raise mental health literacy, engage the public, and strengthen SAMH's brand presence. From digital content to media engagement and community outreach, we connect people to resources that support mental well-being.
We are looking for a creative and resourceful Executive / Senior Executive with a strong focus on digital communications. This is a hands-on role where you will grow SAMH's online presence, create compelling multimedia content, and contribute to corporate communications and outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Communications (Primary)
. Grow SAMH's social media presence across platforms
. Conceptualise, produce, and publish engaging digital content - including posts, carousels, reels, short videos, and infographics.
. Work with internal teams and vendors to create campaign visuals and videos.
. Monitor and analyse social media performance, recommending improvements to drive reach and engagement.
. Keep up with digital trends and propose fresh, innovative content ideas.
Corporate Communications & Community Education (Secondary)
. Assist in developing corporate collaterals (annual report, brochures, infographics, videos).
. Maintain and update communication assets such as the SAMH website and publicity materials
. Support team on SAMH events and media relations
. Support team on coordination of coordinate talks, workshops, and outreach booths - including set-up and on-site support
. Any other duties as assigned to support internal and external communications matters
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Digital Media, or related field
. 2-3 years experience (Executive) or 3-5 years (Senior Executive) in digital comms, social media, or corporate comms
. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail
. Digital native, confident with social media tools, analytics, and content creation
. Skilled in design and video editing
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Proactive, organised, and accountable - able to work independently without close supervision
. Collaborative team player with passion for mental health advocacy and positive social impact
