Job Summary

As part of the ONECARE team, this role focuses on generating revenue and driving sales performance to ensure the group meets its corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer accounts for the local region to optimize business volume and profitability.
  • Steer sales efficiency to deliver KPIs both in TEUs and contribution margin.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to negotiate and manage tender to attain maximum returns both in multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • Actively promotes e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE's digitalization strategies.
  • Maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
  • Candidates with relevant fields of study in Maritime, Shipping or Logistics will be preferred.
  • Candidates without prior relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in container shipping will be preferred.
  • Eloquent communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Highly motivated individual who is result-oriented and resilient.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications and systems will be an added advantage.
