Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business prospects and lead opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to drive satisfaction and retention

  • Implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives

  • Present products and conduct technical discussions with clients, including procurement and R&D stakeholders

  • Manage negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery conditions in alignment with company guidelines

  • Track market developments, competitor movements, and customer feedback, and share insights with management

  • Work closely with internal departments (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure efficient delivery, service quality, and prompt payment collection

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Studies or a related discipline

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or client account management role, preferably within polymer, plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing sector

  • Understanding of polymer materials and their industrial uses will be an added advantage
