Responsibilities:
Identify new business prospects and lead opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to drive satisfaction and retention
Implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives
Present products and conduct technical discussions with clients, including procurement and R&D stakeholders
Manage negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery conditions in alignment with company guidelines
Track market developments, competitor movements, and customer feedback, and share insights with management
Work closely with internal departments (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure efficient delivery, service quality, and prompt payment collection
Keep accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Studies or a related discipline
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or client account management role, preferably within polymer, plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing sector
Understanding of polymer materials and their industrial uses will be an added advantage
