Executive / Senior Executive – Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Senior Executive Sales based in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving sales targets, and demonstrating product knowledge. The role involves attending to customer inquiries, showcasing products, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and monitor market trends.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in market analysis and sales strategy development
• Knowledge in jewellery, particularly Gold, Diamond, and Silver
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the retail or jewellery industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
