Job Description

The selected candidate will liaise and coordinate with relevant departments/ or external partners/service providers for deliverables in accordance to project milestones. Opportunities available to engage international companies to participate in ITMA branded exhibitions taking place locally and/or abroad.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A) Sales & Marketing Support:

1. Recruit new exhibitors by developing sales leads through various channels (such as external partners, database culling, telemarketing, face to face meetings, etc)

2. Monitor, analyse and plan sales activity of assigned territories/market sectors to achieve sales targets

3. Maintain effective relationships with key trade associations and invite them to being supporting organisations

4. Support in promoting Sponsorship and advertising avenues to exhibitors

B) Exhibitor support

1. Build exhibitor relationship and provide customer service pre-site and on-site

2. Support exhibitors preparations -badges, visa matters and other value added service orders queries. Update on progress/status, report generation

3. Coordinate association offices build-up

4. Support onsite operations of Exhibitor Liaison Office, providing customer service to exhibitors

5. Assist with delivery of exhibitor advertising artwork

C) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

Polytechnic or University graduate in Events, Marketing or Business
With min. 3 years of working experiences. Having worked in the MICE industry would be advantageous.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Able to work independently, highly adaptable and detail oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills
Business travel is required.
