Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the engagement activities, including visitor flow, zoning functionality, immersive areas, and marine tanks.
- Ensure operational readiness for all public-facing activities: workshops, learning journeys, citizen science activities, corporate visits, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Create and maintain SOPs, safety protocols, risk assessments, and maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
- Work closely with external partners including schools, research institutions (e.g., IHLs), tech companies, and government agencies.
- Support donor management requirements, including pitch preparation, impact reporting, and site visits.
- Coordinate conservation activities, visiting experts, and partner-run workshops.
- Ensure alignment across various activities and develop scheduling for deployments
- Lead monitoring & evaluation: visitor metrics, citizen science data, engagement KPIs, programme impact.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Education, Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum two years experience in exhibition management.
- Experience in education centres, visitor-based programmes, museum or exhibition operations, or largescale community engagement.
- Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage complex, multi-component projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Prior experience managing budgets, vendors, or large volunteer programmes.
- Familiarity with digital product development, mobile labs, or interactive technologies (VR/AR).
- Experience in marine conservation, citizen science, or applied research environments is advantages.
- Background in working with schools, government agencies, or tech-sector partners is advantageous.
