Job Description

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Partnerships team at TOUCH Community Services, a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering individuals and families in need. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing relationships with key corporate and community partners, securing vital funding and resources to support TOUCH's crucial social service programmes.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyse funder priorities and craft clear, compelling, and well-structured grant proposals tailored to their requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end grant application process, including timelines, submission documents, and stakeholder inputs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate programme information into persuasive donor-facing narratives
  • Develop reports and updates for funders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accountability
  • Maintain accurate donor and grant records in the fundraising database/CRM
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential funders and partners
  • Conduct research on potential to identify opportunities and build funding pipelines
  • Assist with selected fundraising events or sponsorship activities, where relevant

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field, with a strong academic record
  • 1-3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, communications or related role
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills with the ability to craft clear, well-structured, and persuasive proposals
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM or fundraising databases is an advantage
