We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join our People & Culture team as anExecutive/Senior Executive, People & Culture. This is a generalist role covering recruitment, employee lifecycle operations, and people initiatives perfect for someone who's passionate about supporting people, enhancing employee experiences, and contributing to a strong, values-driven company culture.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Drive the full recruitment process and hire talent for GetGo, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs
  • Execute day-to-day people operations, policies and processes across the full employee lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data and records
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that align with company's mission and values
  • Proactively identify ways to enhance and streamline work processes to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Other duties and people-related projects as assigned
What Makes You A Great Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related qualification
  • Minimally 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist or related field, with experience in both Recruitment and HR Operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of labour law and regulations
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe, and other productivity tools
