Ensure smooth operations of CDAC Centres by managing all aspects, including supervising of administrative support staff, work scheduling, facilities management, delivering beneficiary services, and handling documentation
Identify areas for improvement in the centre's physical and operational environment and implement solutions to create a more conducive atmosphere
Lead initiatives to improve and foster a welcoming and safe environment for centre users
Drive projects to enhance work processes through innovative techniques and effective problem-solving methods
Collaborate in cross-department programme teams to co-conceptualise, design and implement programmes at the centres for beneficiaries
Act as the main point of contact for local community stakeholders such as schools, social service agencies, grassroots organisations, private sector partners and volunteers
Engage and support the community through a variety of approaches and platforms
Requirements
Minimum Diploma
Relevant experience in social service-related field preferred
Possess a proactive attitude, drive, and warmth disposition and is willing to support needs of beneficiaries
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to multi-task
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds
