- Supervise a team of warehouse staff
- Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
- Customer complaint management
- Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvement Documentation of work instructions
- Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to the Program Manager.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Approve staff leave application
- Perform reversal of selected system transactions having inventory impact with supporting document
- Initiate system change request.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma and above
- 3 years of relevant experience preferable in 3rd party logistics environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Warehouse Management System
- Able to lead team
- Independent and team player
- Able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
