Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Coordinate and supervise project activities across multiple sites
- Manage and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Review M&E drawings and follow up on any discrepancies
- Execute project planning, design coordination, material requisition, cost control, and documentation
- Ensure smooth site operations and progress of work
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters
Requirements:
- Polytechnic/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or MechanicalEngineering field
- Prior experience in interior fit-out projects will be an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and a team player
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
