Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and oversight over ECG equipment across the organisation.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as report generation, charge reconciliation and error resolution
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to optimize equipment resource and utilization
  • Drive process improvement of current administrative tasks, leveraging on technology enablers, such as process automation
  • Work closely with industry partners to establish loan agreements and procurement contracts for items used in clinical areas.
  • Monitor and support bed management activities in the Wards as required
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Business Management or Biomedical Science
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems (especially Microsoft Office) in daily work
