This role is part of the Channel Team within the Membership Services Division. The team is responsible for monitoring NTUC membership growth across various channels and developing new channels to support sustainable membership growth.
The role focuses on driving channelbased sales and outreach efforts, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives and expand the NTUC membership base.
Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships across business functions to identify opportunities and drive relevant products that reflect customers needs.
- Consult with internal/external channels to drive membership growth by developing a thorough understanding of the opportunities and gaps faced by these channels and deploying appropriate sales and marketing strategies.
- Support the workforce limbs and unions plans and key initiatives to boost membership figures.
- Close monitoring of sales figures to initiate early intervention plans to ensure membership numbers are on track.
- Drive adoption and support for NTUC's agenda for sustainable NTUC membership growth and a strong labour movement through proactive stakeholders management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in business development and/or account management.
- Sales and marketing expertise, with experience across both digital and traditional sales and marketing platforms.
- Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including Copilot), a datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse datasets to identify gaps and opportunities, a track record of sales performance, and the ability to develop and present wellreasoned recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong verbal, written and presentation abilities to drive adoption of key initiatives across channels, as well as proven influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
