Manage scheduling, allocation, deployment, and monitor usage and safety compliance of company vehicles for Auxiliary Police operations and other units.
Liaise with service providers for vehicle rentals, servicing, and repairs.
Ensure proper storage, issuance, and accountability of logistics items.
Track inventory and maintain operational records of uniforms, protective gear, communication devices, and operational equipment.
Liaise and coordinate with other teams and units to provide logistics support for deployments, training exercises, and special assignments.
Assist in contingency planning and emergency mobilisation of logistics assets.
Prepare and maintain logistics reports, usage summaries, and cost analyses for management review, audits, compliance, and regulatory inspections.
Procurement
Oversee procurement and distribution of uniforms, protective gear, communication devices, and operational equipment.
Source and liaise with vendors for supplies, consumables, and services.
Monitor contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
Participate in vendor evaluation and support tender processes.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
Knowledge in fleet management, inventory control, and procurement processes is an advantage
Effective time management and team collaboration with stakeholders.
