Our Marketing team is seeking an Executive/ Senior Executive (Lexus Marketing) to contribute to the Overall Marketing & Brand strategy in line with the brand vision, business objectives and value proposition
What you will do:
- Plan and execute brand events including Roadshows, New Launches, Customer Events, Showroom activation and all other related brand events. Ad hoc weekend work is required to execute events. Conduct event post-mortem.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality work for creative, PR and media buying, launch for the brand
- Lead, plan and manage customer engagement programme, including maintaining CRM database and CRM website, planning quarterly events and festive campaigns, manage outreach of partners and manage customer communications via EDMs.
- Lead, plan and manage KOL and events based organic social content. Comfortable with KOL outreach and relationship building
- Ensure the Lexus website, systems and price lists are constantly updated with the latest and accurate information bi-weekly in accordance to COE cycle
- Manage updates of marketing collateral and ensure physical inventory is restocked within the showroom
- Brainstorm, develop and execute retail campaigns and events, manage budgets assigned by Senior Marketing Manager and answering to the needs of the business. React fast to campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
- Ensure the market's interactions with customers maximise business results generation and brand value creation (i.e. traffic, leads generation, test drives, conversions, brand experience etc.)
- Liaise with cross divisions and be the brand custodian to ensure brand messaging and creatives adhere with brand CI.
- Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including agencies by maintaining strong lines of communication.
About you
- Degree in Business Studies / Marketing/ Communications
- Possess a valid Class 3A driving license
- 2 to 5 of relevant experience in automotive industry and/or luxury retail brands or FMCG brands
- Result driven with a good understanding of Demand Generation (Leads), sales driven campaigns or customer service
- Someone that understands digital best practice: Mobile optimisation, designing customer journeys and optimising conversion rates
- Great negotiation and conflict resolution skills
