Join our HR team and play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle across our organisation.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to manage staff movement activities and provide essential HR operational support to our business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, stakeholder engagement, and improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end staff movement processes, including transfers, promotions, re-designations, contract renewals, work permit renewals and departures.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating requisitions, interview arrangements, candidate communication, work permit applications and pre-employment checks.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience, including documentation, HRIS updates, IT setup and clearance procedures.
  • Provide HR administrative support, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR trackers, reports and documents.
  • Assist in annual HR exercises such as performance appraisal, manpower planning, salary review and contract renewals
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT and business units to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.
  • Serve as a key contact point for employees and managers on HR processes and operational matters.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations and handling employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP SucessFactor and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable in considering work location at 234 Pandan Loop.
