Key Responsibilities and Duties
Work with a team of executive and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinics and businesses units. Roles include:-
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations and manpower planning, including rostering for all clinics
- Handle patient and client relations, complaints and related matters
- Oversee work processes, policies, directives and SOPs and deliver high standards of efficiency, service and quality across all business units
- Conduct reviews, quality control and drive/lead improvements and enhancements
- Recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluation of staff
- Budgeting, planning, submission of business proposals, performance management and risk management
- Contribute and support business development initiatives
- Project management and execution
- Cover clinics and/or on-sites where required during manpower shortage
- Establishment and maintenance of service and professional standards and
- Audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory.

Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised bachelor's degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year experience in a healthcare operations setting or managing a large group of people with varied experiences and competencies in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Relevant experience will be an advantage.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 5.25 days work week, with one half day per month WFH / Required to work on either Saturday or Sunday, will be rotated within the team
