Job Responsibilities:
- Ÿ Assists in preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities.
- Ÿ Assists with monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules.
- Ÿ Analyzing operational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports for management.
- Ÿ Supporting and preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ÿ Developing revenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI.
- Ÿ Prepare and assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance with Global Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting.
- Ÿ Supports and assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides.
- Ÿ Leverage automation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes.
- Ÿ Participate and support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, Expenses Management System.
- Ÿ Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ÿ Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Ÿ 3-5 years of working experience in accounting.
- Ÿ Experience and good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP Hana/ B1
