The Guided Systems Division focuses on the development of complex guided systems that require multi-disciplinary knowledge in navigation and control, guidance, aerodynamics, electrical, software and mechanical engineering.

Executive/Senior Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support project administration, business planning, and reporting functions. This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, internal stakeholders, and corporate departments to ensure smooth project execution and efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking
  • Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project updates
  • Monitor project financial status and escalate risks or budget issues when necessary
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for projects and daily operations
  • Track resource utilisation (e.g. manpower, space) and highlight gaps
  • Support budget planning and management (operating and capital budgets)
  • Prepare and consolidate reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Organise events and manage logistics arrangements
  • Provide secretariat support, including meeting coordination, minutes, and report preparation
  • Manage multiple timelines independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinking with ability to interpret data
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Preferably with relevant experience in administrative or project coordination roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
