We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator and experienced Digital & Growth Marketer to support deliver digital marketing and creative content for WWF-Singapore's growth initiatives and campaigns.
The key roles include:
Digital Content and Trend Forecast (60%)
- Develop strong content ideas and storytelling that drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion across WWF-Singapore's digital platforms, including organic and paid digital channels.
- Stay informed on social, cultural, platform, and digital marketing trends, translating insights into timely, relevant, and effective content ideas.
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate the importance and impact of conservation, biodiversity, and environmental sustainability.
- Create engaging written content for website articles, social media posts, email newsletters, landing pages, digital ads, and campaign materials, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
- Conceptualise and script digital first content such as short-form videos, educational content, and campaign-led storytelling.
- Manage and maintain digital content calendars across social and owned channels to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Contribute creative ideas for fundraising and digital campaigns, ensuring content supports growth and conversion objectives.
- Provide content and creative assistance for paid digital campaigns, including preparation of ad copy and creatives for Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Support basic optimisation of content for digital performance by applying learnings from campaign results and platform best practices.
- Handle basic community management by monitoring and responding to audience interactions on WWF-Singapore's social media channels.
- Content Operations & Workflow Management (25%)
- Coordinate content timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Prepare content briefs, manage feedback cycles, and track progress of content and campaign assets.
- Maintain organised documentation for content plans, calendars, and creative assets.
- Support reporting by compiling basic content and campaign performance data for internal review.
- Partnership Partnership Communications & Asset Management (15%)
- Develop partnership message houses and key messaging frameworks to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across partnership communications.
- Support the creation of partnership-related creative assets such as partnership badge designs, and visual adaptations, and in collaboration with internal designers or agencies.
- Support internal teams with copywriting and content adaptation for partnership communications, ensuring alignment with WWF-Singapore's brand and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Design, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or creative roles with a strong focus on digital-first execution.
- A strong portfolio showcasing content-led campaigns, digital storytelling, and paid and organic digital assets across platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Good understanding of digital content best practices, basic UX principles, and visual storytelling.
- Able to manage and meet tight deadlines of multiple projects without compromising project needs, while working independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication
