About the role

As part of the Data Insights team within in NTUC's Membership Services Division (MSD), you will play a key role in driving NTUC Membership growth through data-driven insights, performance reporting. This role focuses on analysing membership data, ensuring data accuracy, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Preparation: Produce accurate and timeline weekly and monthly reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIS), to monitor progress against departmental and business goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of organisational performance and membership trends, translating data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with business units, IT teams and vendors to gather data requirements and insights. Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners. Gather requirements and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.

  • Data Accuracy & Validation: Perform data quality checks and validation across new and existing reports and systems. Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and work with technical teams to implement corrections.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline with strong quantitative content.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPS, data modelling. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI (hands-on experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, identifying trends and translating trends into business insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and logically.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with ability to work independently, manage ambiguity ability to deliver results.

Designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.
