Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Planning Executive to support strategic planning, governance, and organisational development initiatives within the healthcare setting. This role involves working closely with management to drive performance tracking, risk management, and corporate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Planning

  • Monitor industry trends, government regulations, and market data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for management
  • Support the tracking and alignment of departmental workplans and KPIs with organisational strategic priorities
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, CEO, and Board
  • Organise corporate events such as annual Workplan Seminars, Management Retreats, and Board Retreats
  • Assist in drafting proposals for corporate development projects (e.g. tender submissions, new services)
  • Support the upkeep and maintenance of the Policy and Procedure manuals

Governance

  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme, coordinating the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring of key risks across the organisational. Provide regular risk reports and insights to the CEO and the Board.
  • Work with stakeholders to support Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensuring the development, implementation, and testing of crisis management and business continuity plans.
  • Assist in business compliance reviews efforts, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

  • Support ESG efforts within the Hospital, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote sustainability, social responsibility, and strong governance practices.
  • Prepare ESG reports for senior management and Board

Heritage Gallery

  • Assist in maintaining gallery space and exhibits
  • Support development of publicity materials such as website content, brochures, and posters

Others

  • Provide administrative and documentation support
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in project management within the healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Proactive, meticulous, and strong analytical thinker
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailed and organised
  • A team player
