You will be part of the Channel team within the Membership Services Division, focusing on channel sales outreach and stakeholder collaboration to drive NTUC membership growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support recruitment efforts, product positioning, and sales performance across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Portfolio Management, CVP) to identify opportunities and support the development of products aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales channels to communicate product value propositions and unique selling points.
- Support go-to-market activities by developing sales tools, conducting product training, and enabling channel partners.
- Work closely with workforce limbs and unions to support their plans and key initiatives aimed at growing membership.
- Monitor sales and membership performance closely, identify gaps early, and initiate intervention plans to keep targets on track.
- Stay updated on membership trends, product offerings, and services, and proactively share insights and best practices with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or guide a team.
- Strong sales and marketing capabilities, with good knowledge of both digital and traditional sales and marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office tools to analyse data, track sales performance, and propose data-driven recommendations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Self-driven, resourceful, result-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing as a strong team player.
