Executive/ Senior Executive, Audio Visual (1 year contract)

The Executive/Senior Executive, Audio & Visual will play a key hands-on role in delivering seamless audio and visual experiences for a wide range of live events.

Roles & Responsibilities

Event AV Operations

• Support the setup, operation and teardown of AV systems
• Operate audio systems, LED giant screens and ribbons during events
• Work closely with contractors, when required, to ensure AV systems perform reliably and troubleshoot issues in real time

Coordination & Support

• Assist in coordinating AV requirements across different venues within The Kallang
• Provide on-ground support during event setup and execution
• Work closely with internal Business Units, contractors and partners to deliver AV requirements

Hirer Support

• Support communication with hirers on AV requirements
• Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth event delivery

Process & Compliance

• Follow established SOPs and operational procedures
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and workplace policies
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency in AV operations

Equipment & Systems Support

• Assist in maintaining AV equipment to ensure serviceability and eventreadiness
• Support pre-event checks and preventive maintenance programmes
• Help manage AV inventory and ensure proper tracking of equipment

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant AV or live event experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of AV systems
• Experience supporting large-scale venues, stadiums, or major live events is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with advanced sound system design, tuning, and operation.
• Familiarity with Dante audio networking, digital mixing systems, and signal processing.
• Knowledge of LED display systems and basic broadcast workflows is advantageous.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and irregular hours
