What You'll Do:
- Execute all building & civil/structural related projects, including the monitoring of budget performance, cash flows & preparation of monthly progress reports.
- Ensure that all projects to be implemented are completed on time, within approved project costs and specified quality in an economical and compliant manner.
- Work with appointed consultant and contractor to ensure that M&E services equipment and architectural building products supplied and installed is of good quality and compliant standard of workmanship.
- Ensure high standards of Workplace Safety & Health at sites and enforce the Company's Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
- Assist internal stakeholders in planning, design and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation and carries out contract/site administration for departmental projects.
- Manage the project works in accordance with the Quality Management System & ISO Operations Instructions Manual.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on defects, shortcomings and difficulties encountered during the implementation of the projects.
- Collate and compile completed project information and records for easy retrieval.
- Provide advice on building and civil works to internal stakeholders as and when necessary.
- Work with appointed consultant and contractor to assist internal stakeholders in planning, design and submission to Government authorities for approval, tender documentation and carries out contract/site administration for departmental projects.
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board Singapore
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in project management
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A team player with a positive working attitude and the ability to handle tight deadlines
