Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and responsible Executive Secretary to manage and Coordinate our manpower operations and foreign worker management. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating worker deployment, and handling day-to-day foreign worker matters to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
. Source and screen suitable candidates based on company and client requirements, assist to shortlist candidates
. Coordinate worker deployment, placement, and movement across sites.
. Maintain and update manpower records, schedules, and reports.
. Liaise with HR, supervisors, and other internal teams on manpower planning and worker welfare.
. Support accommodation, transport, and other operational arrangements when required. Provide workers orientation and coaching for culture shocks.
. Handle worker issues, feedback, and basic disciplinary matters professionally.
Requirements:
. No experience is required but preferred 1 year of relevant experience in manpower coordination and managing foreign workers especially from Philippines and Vietnam.
. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
. Comfortable with basic computer use, messaging apps, and document handling.
