Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries, service requests and appointment scheduling.

  • Coordinate daily service jobs and technician deployment for air-conditioning maintenance and repair work.

  • Prepare service orders, delivery orders, quotations and invoices.

  • Update job status, service reports and customer records in the system.

  • Liaise with customers on service timing, follow-up work and feedback handling.

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team such as filing, documentation and contract renewals.

  • Assist in preparing monthly service schedules, preventive maintenance planning and tracking of job completion.

  • Ensure smooth communication between customers, operations team and external vendors.

  • Support general office administrative functions including data entry, procurement support and basic inventory tracking.
