Handle customer enquiries, service requests and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate daily service jobs and technician deployment for air-conditioning maintenance and repair work.
Prepare service orders, delivery orders, quotations and invoices.
Update job status, service reports and customer records in the system.
Liaise with customers on service timing, follow-up work and feedback handling.
Provide administrative support to the operations team such as filing, documentation and contract renewals.
Assist in preparing monthly service schedules, preventive maintenance planning and tracking of job completion.
Ensure smooth communication between customers, operations team and external vendors.
