Executive, Secretariat (Government Organisation) HTJ

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate strategic projects, monitor timelines and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes-taking, action tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct research, data analysis and maintain databases to support reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Support annual work plan development and corporate planning processes.
• Coordinate planning cycles and facilitate collaboration across departments and external stakeholders.
• Support governance platforms, process improvements and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, education, research or strategic planning.
• Experience in project coordination familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively.
