The Opportunity

As an Executive Search & Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing through successful placement while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition and executive search strategies
  • Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis
  • Source, engage, and assess high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment solutions
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
