Were looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Researcher who has the potential to grow into a high-impact Executive Search Consultant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent discovery, reading candidates&apos psyche, and the art of great matchmaking between candidates and companies.

As an Exec Search Researcher, you&aposll be at the forefront of our search effortsuncovering top-tier talent, guiding candidates through the initial stages of the hiring journey, and supporting our consultants in delivering exceptional placements.

Your work will directly impact client success and candidate career growth.

What Youll Be Doing

1. Talent Mapping & Market Research

  • Partner closely with our Executive Search Consultants to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
  • Conduct strategic research to identify and map talent pools across the APAC tech landscape.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future mandates.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Use a range of sourcing toolsLinkedIn, databases, networksto identify and engage with top talent.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages to spark interest and start meaningful conversations.
  • Nurture relationships and ensure an excellent candidate experience from the first touchpoint.

3. Initial Screening & Candidate Evaluation

  • Conduct first-round calls to assess candidates skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Provide structured feedback and recommendations to the consulting team.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of candidate interactions.

4. Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Share insights, pipeline updates, and sourcing strategies with the consulting team.
  • Be an active contributor in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.

What You Bring

  • A thoughtful, curious mindsetyou&aposre someone who enjoys connecting the dots and uncovering patterns others might miss.
  • You enjoy the huntonline sleuthing is second nature to you, and like Sherlock, you know how to dig deep and find what others cant.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or research is a plusbut attitude, curiosity, and drive matter more.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with an eye for spotting high-potential talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Genuine interest in the technology sector and a hunger to learn.
