Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Supervise the operation of assigned rides and shows, ensuring safety, service excellence, operational efficiency, and show quality.
- Perform Duty Supervisor responsibilities, including responding to guest concerns, operational issues, and coordinating with internal departments.
- Maintain strong working relationships with other business units to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure that the cleanliness and maintenance standards of rides are consistently met.
Safety & Compliance:
- Review and revise safety procedures and documentation to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Conduct safety training and ensure completion of training documentation for team members.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide coaching, counseling, and performance reviews for team members.
- Support the development of Relief Leads and Status Leads.
- Foster a guest-centric culture by encouraging team members to engage with guests.
Reporting & Administration:
- Analyze operational reports such as guest feedback, capacity, downtime, and incident reports to drive improvements.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure accurate maintenance of daily operating logs and employee records.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Prior operations experience.
