Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven RestaurantManager to meet sales goals by hiring andtraining competent staff, overseeing kitchenoperations and motivating staff during busyhours. Restaurant Managers are alsoresponsiblefor making needed changes to themenu,ordering ingredients for the kitchen staffandgathering feedback from customers.

Responsibilities

Managing and oversee daily operationsandensure compliance to operationsstandardsand procedures
Managing restaurant financial objectivesbyforecasting requirements,schedulingexpenditures through bestmonitoringmethods via tracking,monitoring andanalyzing Sales, Labour &Food costvariances
Ensure customers needs andexpectationsare met by providing anefficient andprofessional service as well asresolvingpotential service failure
Drive operational efficiencies oftherestaurant by providingoperationalleadership in support of theorganization'sservice culture and maximizecustomersatisfaction
Trains and provide on-goingcommunication to staff and deliverfirst-class service to customers
Implement SOPs and all otheroperatingprocedures
To comply ad-hoc with all the adminandpaperwork requirements
Monitoring the quality of the productandservice provided, and maintainingfinancialand administrative recordsRequirements

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in hospitalityandculinary arts or businessmanagementwould be advantageous
At least 3 years of working experienceinrestaurant is required for this position
Confident and able to work in fast-pacedF&B environment
Fluent in English, any other language isaplus
Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills
