Job Description

Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review the liability and assess the potential recovery for all motor accident settlement
  • Pursue all recovery action, including repudiated cases and BOLA
  • Work closely with other insurers, sale agents, intermediary, collection agencies, lawyers to ensure that claims recovery is on track
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on claims recovery status
  • Handle queries from insured/debtor etc pertaining to recovery matters
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects, duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement

  • Possess a GCE O level/Diploma holder or equivalent
  • Possess BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the motor insurance industry
  • Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive working attitude
  • Willing to put in extra hours where necessary
  • Competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Team Player and self-motivated
