Executive, Quality Assurance (F&B)

Select Group is looking for a QA personnel to join our team to ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety (WSH), and quality standards of our institutional catering division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily food safety, hygiene, and WSH inspections at off-site outlets around Singapore.
• Conduct regular HSE and WSH training and briefing sessions with outlet staff.
• Promote awareness of workplace hygiene, safety protocols, and hazard prevention.
• Evaluate, interpret, and implement quality assurance and WSH standards.
• Assist with SFA licensing applications.
• Investigate food safety/WSH incidents, implement corrective actions with incident reports.
• Coordinate quality, safety (e.g., ISO 22000, WSH Act), and regulatory audits.
• Understanding of ECC and halal requirements.
• Liaison with clients and other relevant stakeholders.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology/Nutrition or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in institutional catering (QA/WSH roles preferred).
• WSH, risk assessment (bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent) and HACCP knowledge.
• Strong grasp of ISO 22000, SFA requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates with a valid MUIS Halal Certificate, Food Safety Course Level 3 or 4 and ISO 22000:2018 internal auditor will have an added advantage.
