Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Implementing and assisting on quality management matter
- Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
- Manage the Document Control system
- Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
- Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors Performance
- Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
- Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Possess Diploma in any field
- Knowledge and understanding of quality standards
- Experience in IFM related field or Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
- Leading by example,Displaying honesty
- Effective Communicator with the ability to problem solve
- A self-independent Team Player with a growth mind.
