Job Description

• Conduct pre-TOP inspections of completed residential housing units
• Handover of sold units to purchasers, includingbriefing on project features, facilities and procedures and guiding
• purchasers on lodging defect submissions via the Novadesystem.
• Conduct joint inspection with purchasers andcontractors to verify and record defects
• Coordinate defects rectification withpurchasers & contractors
• Monitor the progress closely and follow up with contractors to complete defects
• Conduct final inspection with purchasers once defects are completed for proper closure
• Attend to tenants or house owners enquiries or feedbacks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Building Services or related fields
• Minimum 2 -3 years relevant experience
• Customer-orientated, self-motivated and highly adaptable
• Good administrative and communication skills
