Our Client, a trusted A1-graded contractor, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Architectural Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist Project Manager/Engineer to plan & execute structural & architectural works
- Lead in site coordination with all trades
- To liaise with RTO for inspection
- Prepare submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
- To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers etc
- Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)
- Attend subcon meetings
- Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
- Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree of Architecture or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade

- Working Days/Hours: 6 days/Office hours
- Salary: Up till $5,000 + bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
