Role Purpose
The Project Executive supports the Project Manager in the end-to-end delivery of property development projects in Singapore. This is a technical role, providing exposure to project planning, consultant coordination, authority submissions, and construction delivery. In addition, the role carries hands on
responsibility for project documentation, paperwork, and meeting coordination, ensuring that project
records, submissions, and communications are well organised and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Technical Support
- Support the Project Manager in managing development projects from design development through construction to TOP and handover
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure timely design development, submissions, and responses
- Track project programmes, milestones, and key deliverables, and highlight potential risks or delays
- Assist in monitoring construction progress, site activities, and consultant deliverables
- Support coordination of design, technical issues, and consultant inputs Authority Submissions & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain schedules and trackers for statutory submissions, inspections, and approvals up to TOP/CSC
- Assist in coordinating and tracking submissions and approvals with authorities and relevant agencies
- Support the preparation and collation of documentation required for submissions and compliance Documentation, Paperwork & Meeting Coordination
- Prepare, organise, and maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems
- Draft and issue meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up action lists
- Coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders (including scheduling, invitations, and materials)
- Track and follow up on outstanding actions, submissions, and responses Cost, Contract & Administrative Support
- Assist in monitoring budgets, progress claims, variations, and cost-related documentation
- Support contract administration by maintaining records of instructions, variations, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentation materials for management Stakeholder & Management Support
- Liaise with internal departments including Design, Finance, Legal, Commercial, IT, and Building Management
- Support day to day coordination between the Project Manager, consultants, and contractors
- Assist the Project Manager with analysis, coordination, and ad hoc project-related tasks
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related
discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant experience with a developer, consultancy, or contractor handling Singapore projects
- Independent, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and stakeholders concurrently
- Familiarity with Singapore's development, construction, and regulatory processes
- Sound understanding of the property development and construction lifecycle
- Comfortable handling both technical coordination and project documentation/paperwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
