Regional FVL Project Management Expert

YOUR ROLE

The Project Management Expert will lead and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across the FVL value chain. This role ensures the successful planning, execution and governance of complex, cross-functional projects aimed at:

1) Growing FVL top line

2) Improving cost efficiency, service quality, digitalization, sustainability

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Lead end to end transformation programs in APAC for FVL, aligned with business strategies.
• Drive implementation of process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• provide regular reportings and executive dashboards to Senior stakeholders.
• Support senior leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, support implementation of digital tools, promote performance management culture
• Contribute to change management program and promote new ways of working
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, track performance against defined KPIs, ensure continuous improvement and lessons learned integration

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 5-10 years in Transportation-Logistics, 3PL Logistics industry
• Proven experience in managing complex project
• Experience with digital tools
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High sense of commitment and responsibility
• Able to work under tight timeline and resourcing constraint
• Positive thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to deliver
• Analytical and data-driven decision making
• Change management
• Strong understanding of Automotive sector is desirable
