As part of its continued expansion, the organisation is seeking strategic professional to drive the strategic growth and delivery of a key executive development programme.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Lead the planning, positioning, and growth of the programme in line with organisational priorities and market opportunities.
• Marketing & Business Development: Drive marketing, client acquisition, market positioning, and pipeline development to achieve growth targets.
• Programme Operations: Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, including events, overseas activities, partner engagements, and participant support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior professionals, corporate clients, industry partners, and international stakeholders.
• Financial & Team Management: Manage budgets, revenue, costs, performance, and cross-functional teams supporting programme delivery.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised / reputable institution.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in programme management, business development, professional training, or related fields.
• Strong experience in marketing, client acquisition, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and corporate relationships.
• Strong financial, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of the Chinese market and business landscape.

Good to Have

• Postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing professional development or corporate programmes.
• Regional or international market experience.
• Experience working with senior professionals and corporate clients.
