This Role will be responsible for managing all things related to: Planning, Procurement, Product Transformation and Financial Performance Management for the Central Processing Unit (CPU). The executive will collaborate very closely with his/her peers for the three focus areas, mainly Fish & Seafood, Fruits & Vegetables & Poultry.
This role will be focusing on:
- Operational KPIs such as: Replenishment of Salmon, Poultry and Beef, Fulfillment on time, Yield/Shrinkage, to minimise out of stock
- Performing product transformation and system transfer
- Performing and tracking of flow of goods between warehouses
- All administrative functions related to production operations, such as inventory management, CPU stock and non-merchandise replenishment, feedback management relating to inventory drop off
- Works with/leads a small team of associates who will be responsible for: Planning, management of Inventory and production transactions in relevant systems, store order fulfillment capturing, etc. The team will report to him/her with regards to process compliance, improvement, whereas the team will work closely with the respective production leads for on issue, specific transaction, coordination, issue resolution and other operational matters.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Planning, Product Transformation, Operations Management or other relevant roles
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Systems including SAP
- Good understanding of Cost Analysis, Operations and/or Logistics Management principles, inventory flows and movements
- Experience in the Food Processing will be an added advantage
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Prior leadership experience
