Verify information clarity and disseminate for policy creation.
Follow up with agents and/or underwriters for missing or questionable data and outstanding supporting documents.
Provide administrative support to underwriters and able to cope with fast paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
Attend to all emails and review details for policy creation, endorsements or other underwriting functions.
Verify information clarity and accuracy for data input and follow-up with Underwriters for missing or questionable data and outstanding supporting documents.
Adhere to work procedures established and meeting timelines
Communication with external parties and provide relevant advice
Provide administrative support to underwriter and other related functions or tasks as assigned
Role Requirements
Experience working in insurance company with a minimum Certificate in General Insurance
Proficient in IT skills especially in Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to details
Strong team player and willing to learn and takes initiative
