Job Description

We're Hiring: Executive, Procurement

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, vendor relations, purchase orders, and logistics. You will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies. Your contributions will directly support the Club's operations and long-term success, ensuring that all procurement activities are aligned with the Club's standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and purchasing of essentials at the best price and quality that are beneficial to The Club, in accordance with the Club's procedure.
  • Process and issue purchase orders for all food & non-food items.
  • Assisting in daily receiving of items.
  • Effective sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Ensure Purchase Requisition (PR) is accurate follow up on the approval process and PO closure.
  • Follow up on daily PO, and ensure all delivery fulfilled on a daily basis.
  • Vendor and item creations.
  • Liaise with the vendor, Chef, and business unit on delivery and daily operations issues.
  • Arrange urgent orders when there is a last-minute event or increase in reservations.
  • Monitor open POs, update reports, and filing.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality, clubs, F&B, or service industries.
  • Proven track record in tender management, contract negotiation, and vendor governance.
  • Experience with procurement systems such as Tender Board, Sesami, NorthStar, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in stock management, inventory counts, and audit processes.
  • Effective collaborator and clear communicator across multiple functions.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Possess a positive working attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
