Job Summary
Samsung Electronics Singapore (Device Solutions) is currently looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to the Head of DS Regional Office. The role will also undertake some administration duties as an added responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Head of DS Regional Office and business functional heads to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage housing residency support processes to facilitate employee accommodation needs
- Coordinate claims management and administrative support to streamline reimbursement and documentation processes
- Administer work pass applications and renewals to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Organize and manage travel arrangements to optimize scheduling and cost-efficiency for business trips
- Provide school administration support to assist employees with education-related matters
- Plan and support dinner events and golfing activities to enhance corporate engagement and networking
- Facilitate support for overseas visitors to ensure seamless integration and communication during their visits
- Oversee general office invoicing and stationery supplies administration to maintain operational readiness
- Lead corporate projects and initiatives by applying excellent organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align administrative activities with business objectives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Adapt quickly to new software and IT systems to improve administrative efficiency and support digital transformation efforts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) demonstrated through daily task execution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English proficiency in Korean (verbal and written) is an added advantage to support communication with HQ counterparts in Korea
- Availability to start promptly is advantageous
